This offer constitutes a proposal by ИП Каминская Евгения Владимировна (BIN: 320784700167352, IIN: 781444097885, hereinafter referred to as the "Seller"), as well as persons expressly named in Section 8 of this document, to conclude a retail sale and purchase agreement, addressed to an indefinite number of persons using the Platform to review materials published on it and/or purchase Goods, in accordance with the terms set forth in this offer (hereinafter referred to as the "Buyers"). By accepting the terms (performing acceptance) of this offer in one of the specified ways, the Buyer confirms that they have fully familiarized themselves with the terms of the offer and accept them in full.
1. Terms and Definitions

"Platform": A segment of software for remote trade in the information and telecommunications network "Internet," distributed by the Platform Owner under the names "Starter," "Starterapp," "Стартер," and including:
A website enabling the demonstration of Goods offered by the Seller to an unlimited number of persons, concluding sale and purchase agreements between the Seller and the Buyer, including the acceptance of Orders by the Seller from Buyers.
Mobile applications for the "iOS" and "Android" operating systems, providing functionality similar to the website.
A module for integration with Goods and Order accounting systems.
A loyalty program module.
The composition of the software and Platform capabilities may be expanded by agreement between the Seller and the Platform Owner.

"Platform Owner": LLP "GOOD SPACE" (BIN: 220940030594), granting the Seller the right to use the Platform under a simple (non-exclusive) license, in accordance with a separately concluded agreement.
"Order": A request for the purchase of Goods submitted by the Buyer through the Platform. By placing an Order, the Buyer enters into a sale and purchase agreement with the Seller and, if necessary, a service agreement for the delivery of Goods.
"Goods": Products that are the subject of the sale and purchase agreement concluded between the Buyer and the Seller through an Order on the Platform. All contractual relations related to the sale, purchase, preparation, and delivery of Goods arising from the Buyer's Order on the Platform are conducted exclusively between the Seller and the Buyer.
"Authorized User": A Buyer who has successfully logged into the Platform using the username and password assigned during registration on the Platform.
"Delivery": A service for delivering Goods ordered by the Buyer on the Platform. The delivery agreement is concluded between the Buyer and the Delivery Provider or the Seller if the Seller offers such a service. The Seller or Delivery Provider may involve third parties to deliver Goods to the Buyer.
"Delivery Provider": Persons delivering Goods ordered by the Buyer (except when Goods are delivered by the Seller). Information about Delivery Providers is specified in the Offer and/or available on the Platform.
"Service Fee": A fee charged to Buyers for the ability to use the Platform's functionality to order Goods and delivery from the Seller or Delivery Provider, including the ability to order Goods for pickup, in accordance with the terms specified by the Seller in the Offer.
"Promo Code": A specific sequence of characters that, when activated and other usage conditions are met, entitles the Buyer to a discount on the cost of Goods and/or Delivery and/or the Service Fee.
"Partners": Persons engaged in joint activities with the Seller on the Platform, who, along with the Seller, accept and/or process Orders, prepare and/or deliver (issue) Goods.
"Reservation": A Buyer's request to the Seller, transmitted through the Platform, to reserve selected Goods, containing information about the list of reserved Goods, their quantity, and other data. Reservation implies setting aside Goods at the Seller's retail locations based on the Buyer's request, preparing them for subsequent sale to the Buyer upon visiting the Seller.
"Personal Data Processing Policy": Documents defining the Seller's and Platform Owner's policies regarding the procedure, purposes, methods, and terms for collecting and processing personal data, published on the Internet at the following addresses:

2. General Provisions
2.2. Under this Agreement, the Seller undertakes to transfer ownership of the Goods to the Buyer under the terms agreed by the Parties in the Order, and the Buyer undertakes to accept the Goods and pay for them.

2.3. The Buyer's use of the Platform is governed by this Offer, as well as the Personal Data Processing Policy, Bonus Points Terms and Conditions, Referral Program Rules, Promo Code and QR Code Usage Rules, and other documents regulating the Platform's activities (hereinafter referred to as the "Regulatory Documents").
2.4. By accepting the terms of this offer (performing acceptance), the Buyer confirms their consent to the paid use of the Platform's functionality to order Goods and delivery from the Seller and/or Delivery Provider (including ordering Goods for pickup), as well as the provision of other services, in accordance with the parameters of the Buyer's Order and/or the Offer.
2.5. The Buyer accepts the terms of this offer and its accompanying documents (performs acceptance) in one of the following ways:
Agreeing to the Offer terms during registration on the Platform by checking the box indicating acceptance of the offer and clicking the "Done" button (when authorizing via the "Telegram" messenger) or entering the verification code from an SMS message (when registering via SMS).
Completing the Order on the Platform.
Paying for the Order on the Platform.
2.6. If the Buyer disagrees with any provisions of the Offer or Regulatory Documents, the Buyer is not entitled to use the Platform.
2.7. The Seller has the right to unilaterally amend the Offer and its appendices within the limits permitted by law. Any changes to the Offer are communicated to the Buyer by publishing them on the Platform. Changes take effect from the moment of publication unless otherwise specified in the Offer text. The Buyer is responsible for reviewing the current version of the Offer when placing each new Order.
2.8. If unilateral changes to the Offer are not permitted under applicable law, such changes will take effect for the Buyer when the Buyer agrees to the new version of the Offer, which may be expressed by placing and/or paying for a new Order. By doing so, the Buyer confirms that placing, paying for an Order on the Platform, and directly using the Platform constitute the Buyer's acceptance of the Offer.
2.9. The Seller provides the Buyer with the opportunity to review materials posted on the Platform, order Goods, and arrange delivery from the Seller and/or Delivery Provider under the terms determined by the Seller and/or Delivery Provider, as well as use other functions and services provided by the Order parameters and/or the Offer.
2.10. The Buyer's use of the Platform's functionality for Ordering and Delivery (including ordering for pickup) is carried out under a simple (non-exclusive) sublicense in accordance with the Offer terms.
2.11. To increase Buyer loyalty to the Platform and conduct marketing campaigns, the Seller may provide the Buyer with a discount on Goods, Delivery, or the Service Fee.
2.12. The availability of Platform functions may depend on factors such as the Buyer's region, delivery address, and information provided by the Seller. Some functions may be unavailable or limited for the Buyer. Bypassing these restrictions is prohibited. The Buyer will be informed about the availability of Platform functions upon the Seller's request.
2.13. The Platform Owner is not a party to agreements between the Buyer and the Seller or Delivery Provider. The Platform Owner provides technical support for the Platform and does not moderate/approve/otherwise control content, materials posted by the Seller on the Platform, nor does it control the Seller's activities.
2.14. The Platform Owner is not responsible for the quality of Goods or delivery. Claims regarding an Order must be submitted to the Seller or Delivery Provider within 2 days of receiving the Goods.
2.15. The Seller is responsible for the accuracy or content of information provided on the Platform, including prices, delivery times, and product availability.
2.16. To access certain Platform functions, such as placing an Order, the Buyer must register and log in to the system. During registration, the Buyer must provide the requested information and select an email address and password for logging in. The Buyer is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials and must not share them with others.
2.17. Buyers are prohibited from maintaining multiple accounts on the Platform to gain advantages from discounts and promotions. If the Seller suspects a violation of this condition, it may take measures to block such accounts.
2.18. During registration, the Buyer must provide a valid mobile phone number, name, and email in the "My Data" section. Changing the mobile phone number requires confirmation via a code sent to that number. Buyers acknowledge that providing a valid mobile phone number is necessary for Order fulfillment, Delivery, and maintaining communication between the Seller and the Buyer. If an invalid mobile phone number is provided, the Seller may cancel the Order and/or Delivery.
3. Procedure and Conditions for Placing an Order on the Platform
3.1. Only Authorized Users can place Orders on the Platform. Buyers must review all terms related to Goods, Delivery, and the Service Fee provided by the Seller and/or Delivery Provider.

3.2. By paying for an Order, the Buyer agrees to the terms of this Offer and the Order conditions specified on the Platform, thereby entering into an agreement with the Seller and, if necessary, the Delivery Provider.
3.3. The agreement between the Buyer and the Seller and/or Delivery Provider is considered concluded at the following moments:
For prepaid Orders: The agreement with the Seller is concluded at the moment of Order payment, and the agreement with the Delivery Provider is concluded when a courier is assigned for delivery.
For cash-on-delivery Orders: The agreement with the Seller is concluded when the "Place Order" button (or similar) is clicked, and the agreement with the Delivery Provider is concluded when a courier is assigned for delivery.
3.4. Any obvious errors or typos in Goods (Delivery) descriptions are not legally binding.
3.5. Authorized Users can find information about their placed Orders and check the Order status in their account on the Platform.
3.6. When placing an Order on the Platform, the Buyer must provide accurate information about themselves and the Order recipient. The Buyer is solely responsible for any consequences arising from providing inaccurate information. In case of disputes, the Seller or Delivery Provider will use the phone number provided during registration as the primary means of communication.
3.7. By providing the necessary information specified in clause 3.7 of this Offer, the Buyer confirms that they have received all information about the Goods, Delivery, Seller, and/or Delivery Provider in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Serbia.
3.8. The Seller may cancel an Order if the Buyer selects cash or non-cash payment via portable bank terminals (POS terminals), and the Seller and/or Delivery Provider cannot contact the Buyer using the contact details provided during Order placement.
3.9. If the Seller and/or Delivery Provider cannot fully or partially fulfill the Order for any reason, the Seller may cancel the Order or contact the Buyer to make changes enabling Order fulfillment. The Order will be considered placed under the new terms once the Buyer agrees to them via phone or on the Platform.
3.10. The Buyer or the person specified as the Goods recipient must ensure Goods acceptance. If the Buyer or recipient is not present at the specified delivery address and/or does not receive the Goods (except for justified refusal due to poor quality or non-compliance with the Order terms), after a 10-minute wait, it will be considered that the Buyer has refused to perform the Agreement with the Seller and/or Delivery Provider.
3.11. If the Buyer selects the "Leave at Door" delivery option, the moment of fulfillment of the Seller's and/or Delivery Provider's obligations under the Agreement is the moment the Buyer is notified of the Goods delivery. Neither the Seller nor the Delivery Provider is responsible for the safety of Goods after delivery under the "Leave at Door" option.
3.12. If the Buyer receives Goods of poor quality or Goods that do not match the Order, the Buyer must immediately contact the Seller's support service, providing a photo of the delivered Goods and a description of the defects (non-conformities). The Seller and/or Delivery Provider will review such claims within 10 (ten) days from the date of submission by the Buyer.
3.13. When Goods are delivered by a Delivery Provider, the Seller is considered to have fulfilled its obligation to transfer the Goods at the moment of handing them over to the Delivery Provider's representative.
3.14. The estimated preparation and/or delivery time for Goods indicated on the Platform is approximate. Any waiting time for an Order will not be considered a breach of Order fulfillment deadlines by the Seller and/or Delivery Provider.
4. Payment and Delivery Options for Goods
4.1. With the Buyer's consent, the receipt for Delivery and/or Goods payment may be sent to the email address provided during Platform registration.

4.2. The Buyer may enter their linked bank card details into the Platform interface, including:
Cardholder name;
Card number;
Expiry date;
Security code.
If the card details are accurate, valid, and the Buyer's bank account has no restrictions for use on the Platform, the card may be linked to the Platform with the Buyer's consent and used for cashless payments. All linked cards are displayed in the Buyer's account, where the Buyer can also unlink their bank account.
4.3. If the Buyer disputes the amount of a payment or any other circumstances related to the use of a Platform-linked card, the Buyer may contact the Seller using the contact information in this Offer within 14 days of the payment or event giving rise to the dispute.
The Seller has the right to review and decide on the Buyer's appeal within 30 calendar days of receipt.
Depending on the rules set by the payment processor, e-money operator, bank, or international payment system, the refund amount may not be explicitly displayed in the Buyer's bank-client platform (no SMS or push notification confirming the refund). In such cases, the Buyer must obtain this information from their bank independently.
4.4. The Seller reserves the right to request verification of data provided on the Platform, including linked card information, and may ask for supporting documents (e.g., identification) for verification. Failure to provide such documents may be considered as providing knowingly false information by the Buyer.
4.5. The Buyer may also specify a Linked Card in the interface of third-party services supporting integration with the Platform and acting as settlement participants, enabling payment authorization without disclosing Platform-linked card information. In this case, clause 5.4 of these Terms does not apply.
The use of such third-party services is governed by their respective rules. The Seller is not responsible for the Buyer's use of such third-party services and does not guarantee their accuracy or security.
4.6. For cashless payment of Delivery Provider services, the Buyer may select an additional percentage of the service cost or a fixed amount as a Tip. The maximum tip amount may be limited.
4.7. If the Buyer selects the corresponding option within 24 hours of delivery completion, the tip will be debited from the Platform-linked card.
4.8. The Buyer acknowledges and agrees that the Goods price information provided by the Seller may be adjusted when displayed on the Platform due to automatic price rounding caused by technical features of the Platform. The final Goods price will be fixed and available to the Buyer in the receipt.
4.9. If cashless payments are temporarily unavailable or hindered for any reason (including technical issues or insufficient funds on the Linked Card), the Buyer is responsible for ensuring sufficient funds on the linked card to cover the Order payment or a specific part of the Order within 30 days of Order placement.
4.10. The courier assigned to deliver the Goods will be selected within 15 minutes of Order placement. The Seller notifies the Buyer of Order preparation via push notification, messenger message linked to the Buyer's phone number (WhatsApp, Telegram), phone call, or SMS (unless disabled by the Buyer). The Buyer may also obtain Delivery Provider information by contacting the Seller's support service.
4.11. The use of Platform functionality and services is paid for by the Buyer. The fee for using Platform functionality and services (service fee) may be included in the total Order amount and displayed to the Buyer before Order completion. The Service Fee is % of the total Order value.
4.12. Upon the Seller's instruction, the Platform Owner may accept online payments and print receipts on behalf of the Seller, except where prohibited by law.
5. Buyer’s Warranties and Consents
5.1. The Buyer acknowledges and agrees that all actions performed on the Platform after logging in using their credentials, including cashless payments via a linked bank card, are considered performed by the Buyer.

5.2. The Buyer guarantees that their Platform account credentials will not be shared with third parties and/or persons unauthorized to place or pay for Orders on the Buyer's behalf.
5.3. To use the Platform, place Orders, and fulfill agreements with the Seller/Delivery Provider, the Buyer grants the Seller, Delivery Provider, Platform Owner, and their authorized third parties consent to process personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Processing Policy.
5.4. By making a purchase on the Platform, the Buyer consents to receive:
Emails from the Seller and Platform Owner regarding the Order;
Calls and messages for Order placement and/or confirmation;
Calls and messages in case of Order changes or cancellations;
Delivery updates affecting Order fulfillment or status;
Calls from the Seller to modify or cancel Orders;
Push notifications about Order status;
Calls to evaluate the service quality of the Seller's employees.
5.5. By placing an Order, the Buyer confirms that they:
Have fully read the Buyer Agreement and Regulatory Documents;
Understand this Offer, Regulatory Documents, and the terms of agreements with the Seller and/or Delivery Provider;
Are aware of the implications of their actions in concluding and performing agreements;
Agree to this Offer and the Personal Data Processing Policy.
5.6. To place an Order, the Buyer must provide all necessary data via the Platform, including:
Personal data;
Full delivery address;
Recipient name;
Contact details (phone number, etc.);
Payment method;
Delivery method (e.g., "Leave at Door").
5.7. The Buyer guarantees they have all necessary rights and permissions to provide the recipient's personal data (if the Buyer is not the recipient).
5.8. By placing and paying for an Order, the Buyer confirms they have reviewed and agreed to the Buyer Agreement, terms of agreements with the Seller and/or Delivery Provider, the Personal Data Processing Policy, and information about Goods, Delivery, Order fulfillment, and pricing.
5.9. By using the Platform, the Buyer agrees to receive promotional and informational messages from the Seller via phone, messengers, SMS, email, mail, Platform displays, etc. The Buyer may opt out via their account or by contacting the Seller's support.
5.10. When placing an Order, the Buyer agrees that the Seller and/or Delivery Provider may delegate fulfillment to third parties while remaining responsible for performance.
5.11. By providing data (clause 4.7) and using a linked card, the Buyer confirms consent to link the card to the Platform and guarantees accurate information. The Buyer must comply with international payment system rules and bank requirements for linked cards.
5.12. By selecting a delivery location, the Buyer agrees to purchase Goods from the Seller's Partner operating at the delivery address. For pickup, the Buyer agrees to purchase from the Partner at the selected location.
6. Seller and Platform Owner Responsibilities
6.1. The Seller independently conducts Goods sales, prepares Platform materials, and controls delivery to specified addresses. All content and Goods-related matters are handled by the Seller.

6.2. The Platform Owner acts as an intermediary between the Seller, Buyer, and, if necessary, Delivery Provider.
6.3. The Seller ensures Goods comply with all applicable Serbian standards, safety and quality requirements, labeling, traceability systems, certification, registration, conformity assessment, licensing, and other permits.
6.4. The Seller adheres to rules and norms for sold Goods and services. The Seller is liable for consequences of inaccurate Goods information and any Buyer rights violations on the Platform.
6.5. All Platform materials are published by the Seller or at their request. The Platform Owner does not evaluate materials for legal compliance, rights violations, or other risks.
6.6. The Platform Owner is the sole owner of the Platform. All Platform elements (except Seller-provided materials), including code, technical solutions, and intellectual property, belong to the Platform Owner and may not be used outside the Platform without permission.
6.7. All intellectual property rights, including Platform usage rights, are licensed to the Seller under a simple (non-exclusive) license.
7. Miscellaneous Terms
7.1. The Seller may suspend Buyer access to the Platform and Order placement under the following circumstances:

Non-payment for Goods, Delivery, or Service Fee (clause 3.8);
Threatening or abusive behavior toward Seller/Delivery Provider/Platform staff;
Providing false Order information;
Other dishonest actions.
Access may be restored upon remedying the issue (e.g., payment, reconciliation, providing accurate information).
7.2. The Seller may permanently block Buyer access for repeated violations or unresolved suspensions exceeding one year.
7.3. The Seller may record Buyer interactions for quality control and dispute resolution. Support staff may terminate abusive communications.
7.4. The Buyer confirms they are of legal age and capacity to enter agreements under Serbian law.
7.5. The Seller and Platform Owner are not liable for:
Temporary Platform outages or functionality issues;
Platform reliability, quality, speed, or data security.
7.6. For Order or Platform-related inquiries, Buyers may contact the Seller's support via the Platform interface.
7.7. Unless stated otherwise, all prices include VAT.
7.8. Delivery Provider information is available on the Platform. The Seller may also post operating hours for Order acceptance and fulfillment.
